James came to Christ on January 16, 2011 when he realized the bankruptcy of his soul. He knew he was lost without direction, and had no hope for his future. His initial commitment to Jesus was more or less a surrender to what he had been told regarding Jesus and at that time he told the Lord, "If you are real then I will give You are real try, a real effort for two weeks." James says, "The results of that doubtful, but sincere surrender was that He has never let me down! Psalm 34:8: Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good: Blessed is the man that trusteth in Him."
